days 3 and 4 of training.
i ran for 45 minutes without stopping or walking once yesterday! this may not sound like a big accomplishment, but i've never gone more than 15 minutes without tossing a little walk in there - bible. so i'm proud!

if you run and you have an iphone, you must download the free imapmyrun app. it's seriously amazing.
Heck yeah. Good for you! As someone who has to force herself to run, I consider that quite an accomplishment.
