Let's Colour Project
i read about it here.
loved it enough to share.
how awesome is the let's colour project!?
"Grey is out. Gloom is gone. It’s time to live our lives in colour. The Let’s Colour Project is a worldwide initiative to transform grey spaces with vibrant colour. A mission to spread colour all over the world. We are working together with local communities across the globe, rolling up our sleeves to paint streets, houses, schools and squares. It’s the beginning of a colour movement that everyone can join in."

Missing You
rest in peace, auntie carol lee
10/25/1945 - 4/4/2010

i have so many wonderful memories of her that i will cherish forever. she was the holiest, funniest, craziest, most generous & loving person, and i will miss her so much.
god truly blessed me when he chose her as my aunt & godmother.
i can't think of anyone more deserving to be raised up to heaven on easter sunday. my cousin dawny took a photo of the sunrise just after her mom passed away. such a perfect exit.

If I Was A Rich Girl
even though i hated olivia palermo on the city (stupid b was so mean to sweet whitney for no reason), i admit to having complete closet envy. she always looks incredible.

ahhhhh i want to go shopping. all the time.
don't. do. it.
more than anything i've seen this season though, i have to say that i'm still lusting over these gorgeous brian atwood heels. ridic! i can't even find them anywhere to see how much they cost. & they're not on ebay.
surely out of my price range, but a girl can dream....

p.s.
speaking of unaffordable lovelies...
ummmmm, holy oh my louis.
p.s.
jana?

Ling Ling! You forgot your bling bling!!
so christmas is coming up... soon.... kinda. right?
p.s.
thanks jeneec for letting me know about the awesome skull ring featured on ideeli today! i'm trying to decide between that one or one of the beauties i found on ebay.
only reason i'm torn is that the ebay version has the little cross bones.
mmm, such a tough decision. thoughts!?

Blog Stalker
i saw these shoes in the september issue of elle about a month ago & thought they were just stunning. so when i saw them again on a glimpse of glamour, i couldn't help myself.

more posted pretties:

p.s.
it's already september??
goodbye, summer.
i'll miss you, despite the fact that you did a good job at selfishly hiding yourself away these past several months.
global warming? lies!

I die.
i would give anything for these tights.

maybe i could wear them with these boots?
which i very well may be purchasing, by the way, unless i can find a pair more similar to the balmain buckle boots that i am still oh-so-in love with.
speaking of boots, did you get the fall nordstrom catalogue?
i'm obsessed with half the outfits in there! it was so much cuter than the stuff in the neiman's catalogue. i'm especially loving these & these.

It's entirely possible
that i was born in the wrong era.

thanks to some stunning images found at coco + kelly, i journeyed over to phil poynter's website. & i am officially in love with his work.
these photos remind me so much of my nana and great aunt. i've heard stories & let me tell you - they were wild women in their youth. how i wish i could've spent a day gambling, dancing, champagning at noon & getting into trouble with those little ladies. ;)
