i miss my dallas friends!!!

austin has come up in conversation like 5 times in the past month and it just takes me back to river floating, 6th/4th streeting, sunburns and gay bars with "my girls" bahaha.

i am beyond! excited! to move into my new apt.

fridayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy - if all goes as planned. our technical move-in date is tuesday the 1st but the place is vacant so we're seeing about getting the keys early.

i mean this in the least conceited way possible: juggling the men currently in my life is exhausting.

dinners, lunches, parties, bars, friends, work, need sleep ah. more deets on that will just have to be discussed offline, haha.

this weekend was super fun but also extremely.... interesting.

so great. so terrible.

i'm going to start painting and generally reconnecting with my love for art.

and i'm going to start by trying to recreate this little baby for my apt. love!

it's a condo in old town (our fave location). we made an offer yesterday and are currently in negotiations. so adult. i'm like on pins and needles waiting to hear back from our realtor. i hope we get ittttttt.

my birthday is in one month from yesterday!

i went out on two dates last week.

one with my train boyfriend, the other with a guy i went to high school with but just met last weekend. both were fun, i'm going out with train boy again on wednesday.

my coat got stolen this weekend.

i went to beaumont with a bunch of peeps on saturday (because it's open til 5am) and put my coat on a chair, along with everyone else's. of course when i went to leave, mine was the only one missing. and to make it more awesome, it was my mom's coat. i borrowed it so now i'll have to buy her a new one. that's cooooooool.

i watched the bach tonight for the first time in like 2 years.

there are literally no photos available via google to show how amazing the comic book restaurant in hinsdale is, so let me just say that their cheese fries and ninja turtle/sesame street cookies as big as your face = my childhood.

my mom took my brother and i there every day after preschool with my bestie anthony and his brother joey. she also used to have large pizza's delivered to us in middle school on a regular basis because she could never remember to pack us lunches. healthy.

no nye kiss for me this year.

my life is depressing. not an awesome start.

lisa and i have been looking at apartments online the past couple of weekends.

we're planning on actually seeing them in person next weekend and the big move is scheduled for march.

i don't have work tomorrow.

it's my second comp day (from working thanksgiving weekend).

i feel like i'm about to drop a lot of cash.

$50 parking ticket, hair color appt, facial, 6 mo supply of contacts, new monthly train pass. thank the lawd for a full time job!

i still get scared to take shots with red bull in them.

too many near death experiences.

she won't stop attacking my shoes. and she actually ripped a hole in our living room carpet. mom's pissed.
