Flashback Friday
there are literally no photos available via google to show how amazing the comic book restaurant in hinsdale is, so let me just say that their cheese fries and ninja turtle/sesame street cookies as big as your face = my childhood.
my mom took my brother and i there every day after preschool with my bestie anthony and his brother joey. she also used to have large pizza's delivered to us in middle school on a regular basis because she could never remember to pack us lunches. healthy.

such a fun weekend!
friday: nothing but chinese, tv, and sleep (much needed).
saturday: wine, chi pie and lots of shots with friends at darkhorse.
sunday: apartment shopping with lisa. so excited!
i also got a facial yesterday.
um. heavenly. i highly recommend bella at asha in yorktown.
i can't wait to meet jill's new boyfriend.

Sunday Night Confessional
no nye kiss for me this year.
my life is depressing. not an awesome start.
lisa and i have been looking at apartments online the past couple of weekends.
we're planning on actually seeing them in person next weekend and the big move is scheduled for march.
i don't have work tomorrow.
it's my second comp day (from working thanksgiving weekend).
i feel like i'm about to drop a lot of cash.
$50 parking ticket, hair color appt, facial, 6 mo supply of contacts, new monthly train pass. thank the lawd for a full time job!
i still get scared to take shots with red bull in them.
too many near death experiences.
marcel is insane.
she won't stop attacking my shoes. and she actually ripped a hole in our living room carpet. mom's pissed.

Sunday Night Confessional
i went to tracy's 4 times in one week.
that's love.
and it was actually really fun.
i took my cousin lisa with me last night after the family christmas biz winded down. we went to celebrate natalie's last night in town (come back). went to bed at 5am - obvs.
ever the procrastinator, i'm currently on the hunt for an amazing nye dress.
i'm thinking either some sheerness involved or tons of sequins.
love all of these nasty gal options.
anyone ever order from that site before?? i never have, despite my infatuation with everything they sell. i just wish they didn't only have larges left in my favorites! wahhh.

Sunday Night Confessional
i had so much fun last night!
aaron, natalie, mike, andy and i hung out for a while at the belmont dupe before going over to sperry's xmas party - aka a high school reunion. i saw peeps i haven't seen in years which had the potential to be awkward, but i guess i just didn't care because i had a great time.
still obsessed with marcel. sammy is still not obsessed with her.

my brother and i used to have end of the school year parties and invite all the kids in our school for a huge summer water fight. there were probably 50 kinds that would come and we set up like 5 baby pools around our house for refills. i wish it was still socially acceptable to do things like that when you're 25.

we decorated! i'm obsessed with christmas.

it made me laugh so hard at work that i cried. i literally had to get up and take a walk.

rowan's 1!!!
her bday was friday so we had a little party for her at nicky & karen's on saturday. i just love my family. :)
it snowed like CRAZY here this weekend.
it was our second snow this year (first was on december 1st and it was practically nothing), and we got 4+ inches. looking like a winter wonderland out there...
margaux's 17th bday is in a week! umm...
that makes me feel really old.
she and i went to see harry potter the other night.
yeahh.
on that note - eclipse came out on dvd saturday.
i thought about buying it more than once this weekend.
i'm seriously obsessed with marcel.
